Project Narrative
The design organises production, warehousing, and administration into a clear zoning strategy that minimises internal logistics while presenting a unified architectural identity to the industrial zone.
Workflow analysis with the client's operations team determined the optimal adjacency of production cells, testing laboratories, and shipping docks. The building footprint was then shaped to follow these operational flows.
Long-span steel trusses clear 25-metre production bays, with overhead crane rails integrated into the structural frame. The office wing features a double-height reception that establishes the company's presence for visiting clients.
The facility has improved production throughput while providing a working environment that reflects the company's investment in its workforce and its commitment to quality.
