Rus Villa

Rus Villa

A modern villa that brings the generous spatial organization of Russian residential architecture together with contemporary Mediterranean architecture.

A modern residential project bringing Russian and Mediterranean architectural elements together.

Project Narrative

Villa facade with natural stone, travertine surfaces, and broad glazing
01Concept

The design is based on generous volumes, symmetrical planning, and a clear entrance axis. These classical architectural principles are reinterpreted through a modern material palette and integrated into the building.

02Design Process

The plan geometry was developed through classical composition principles and proportional studies. This mathematical order between spaces gives the whole building a balanced and clear spatial organization.

03Execution

The mass effect of natural stone and travertine surfaces on the facade is balanced by broad glazing that connects the interior to the garden. Stone terraces extend the interior outward, while the independent guest area creates a highly private zone.

04Outcome

Rus Villa integrates its architectural references with the climate and landscape conditions of its setting. The project offers a balanced, modern living environment in harmony with its surroundings.
