01Concept

Shaped by surrounding building conditions and site dynamics, the project gains its character through deep modules projecting from the facade. These massing moves add dynamism while creating outdoor areas for users.

02Design Process

The building's relationship with its surroundings defined the facade projections and solid-void ratios. The panels admit controlled daylight, while the dynamic exterior massing gives way to a restrained and functional interior order.

03Execution

Light grey exterior surfaces and dark projecting volumes form the project's main identity. Inside, dark timber panels, anthracite ceilings, and pale marble floors create a balanced and direct material contrast.

04Outcome

The projecting volumes, shaped by environmental factors and used as terraces, become the building's breathing points. They offer users open work settings where the sky and surrounding views remain present.
