Project Narrative

The masterplan distributes 26 villas across a forested hillside, preserving the maximum number of existing trees. Each villa is sited to capture a unique view corridor while maintaining visual privacy from its neighbours through careful topographic placement.

Arborist surveys mapped every tree above 20cm diameter, and the building footprints were shaped around these constraints. Material studies led to a palette of wood tones and concrete-effect cladding that harmonises with the forest's natural textures.

Low-impact construction methods — including prefabricated structural elements delivered by small vehicles — minimised disturbance to the site. Green roofs planted with native species allow the villas to recede into the landscape when viewed from the valley below.

Medeniyetler Yapı proves that density and nature can coexist. The 26 families who live here inhabit a community that feels less like a development and more like a village that grew organically from the hillside.
