A reinforced concrete structure with long-span steel trusses over production areas provides column-free manufacturing floors. The facade employs insulated metal panels with a rhythm of vertical windows that bring controlled daylight into workspaces.

The completed facility operates as a seamless integration of production and administration, where employees move between laboratory, factory floor, and office within an environment that dignifies industrial work through architectural quality.
