Premier Kampüs Ofis
A campus interior built for a technology company that needed equal parts focus and collaboration — every adjacency tested against how the team actually works on a Tuesday afternoon.

Project Narrative

We mapped a typical work week before drawing a wall. Where engineers needed quiet, we placed acoustic pods. Where product managers needed visibility, we made the open plan a gallery for screens and whiteboards. The plan is more behavioural than aesthetic.

We co-designed with team leads in a series of workshops, asking them to describe an ideal Tuesday in writing rather than through floor plans. The plan we drew was a translation of those descriptions into space.

Acoustically rated timber slats line the workspace ceilings — they reduce noise while warming the cool palette of carpet and glass. Furniture is mostly modular so the company can re-zone the floor as the team grows.

The campus has been re-zoned twice in the eighteen months since opening — exactly the kind of flexibility the brief asked for. Productivity surveys conducted by the company report the highest engagement scores in their history.
