Özaktaç Ofis

IstanbulÖzaktaç

An immersive headquarters where the building itself is part of the brand — saturated colour, arched portals, and ringed lighting deliver an experience as much as a workplace.

A colourful, experiential office and brand experience space for a toy and product company.

Project Narrative

Reception with logo wall and curved counter
01Concept

Özaktaç manufactures consumer products and the brand depends on storytelling. We treated the offices as the company's most important showroom — a place where every visitor walks through the brand before meeting the team.

02Design Process

We worked with the marketing team to translate the brand's existing graphic system into spatial elements — colour zones, archway portals, ring lights, brand graphics that double as wayfinding. Workspaces were then placed quietly behind these public moments.

03Execution

The corridor that connects reception to showroom is treated as a curated path: arched portals signal each programme change, ring lights mark thresholds, and the company's brand mark appears in scaled-up form at three carefully chosen points.

04Outcome

The brand has reported a measurable lift in client meetings closing on the first visit. The team attributes it partly to the building — the headquarters does the early storytelling work that the sales team used to have to do alone.
