Project Narrative
EEG Otomotiv's new headquarters needed to serve as both a working office and a brand stage. The concept creates a continuous loop from showroom to workshop to office — visitors experience the full lifecycle of automotive care, from the gleaming display floor to the precision of the service bay.
Workflow analysis mapped every employee movement and client interaction to eliminate inefficiencies. The floor plan evolved through multiple iterations, each tested against real scenarios — a vehicle handover, a team meeting, a parts consultation — until every journey through the building felt intuitive.
Polished concrete floors and exposed steel framing in the showroom recall an industrial workshop, while upstairs offices are finished in warm oak and acoustic fabric. LED-integrated display systems bathe vehicles in calibrated light, and a double-height glass facade puts the collection on view to passing traffic.
The completed facility has elevated EEG Otomotiv's brand perception, with clients citing the quality of the physical environment as a reason for trust. Staff productivity improved measurably after the move, validating the investment in spatial design.
