Project Narrative

E.Tapan Villas embrace the raw beauty of the Şile coastline. The interior concept pairs robust, weather-resistant materials with soft domestic comfort — a duality that mirrors the landscape's own contrast between rugged cliffs and gentle beaches.

The microclimate of Şile — higher humidity, salt-laden air, stronger winds — demanded careful material research. Every surface was specified for durability in coastal conditions while maintaining the warmth and tactility essential to a family home.

Polished concrete floors anchor the ground level, transitioning to warm timber on upper floors where bedrooms open to sea views. Windows are oversized to frame the Black Sea panorama, with deep reveals that provide passive solar shading.
The villas wear their coastal setting with confidence — interiors that feel connected to the sea without being consumed by it. Families describe a sense of groundedness, a home that feels protective during winter storms and open during summer calm.
