Project Narrative
D14 Villa's interior was conceived as a series of carefully composed scenes. Each room tells its own story through a curated combination of furniture, art, and light — but all share a common thread of understated sophistication and tactile warmth.
The design team worked room by room, developing bespoke furniture layouts at 1:20 scale before any purchase or commission. Fabric and finish samples were assembled into physical mood boards for each space, allowing the clients to experience the material world before committing.
Natural stone in the living and dining areas transitions to warm timber flooring in bedrooms, marking the shift from social to private. Integrated lighting was designed in layers — ambient, task, and accent — with scene presets that allow the mood to shift from morning energy to evening calm at the touch of a switch.
D14 Villa is a home that feels immediately familiar, as though it has been inhabited for years rather than newly completed. The interior design serves its residents without calling attention to itself — the highest compliment a domestic space can receive.
